Fuller Systems, Inc. and its websites, mobile games and content are whole owned trademarks of Fuller Systems, Inc. Fuller Systems, Inc. is the legal party to this Privacy Policy and uses “Fuller Systems, Inc.” as a business name. All references to ‘Fuller Systems’, ‘Fuller Systems, Inc.’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ in this Privacy Policy refers to the entity Fuller Systems, Inc.

At Fuller Systems, privacy is a top priority, and Fuller Systems is committed to maintaining the privacy of Authorized Users. This Privacy Policy describes the collection, use and disclosure of information Fuller Systems, Inc. receives and collects when persons access or use Fuller Systems, Inc. services from the Fuller Systems, Inc. Website (located within the FullerSystems.com domain name, and other sites owned, operated or controlled by Fuller Systems, Inc. and its successors) (the “Website”) and from Fuller Systems, Inc. technologies, games, mobile applications (apps) all hereinafter referred to as “Services”.

Fuller Systems, Inc. facilitates the participation in our services and in the online communities and networking regarding the same (the “Fuller Systems, Inc. Services”), in accordance with the Fuller Systems, Inc. End User License Agreement for each service. In addition, Fuller Systems, Inc. may deliver appropriate content in the form of advertisements or similar through Fuller Systems, Inc. provided Services.

Acceptance of Terms
Please read this policy carefully since by visiting this Website, using the games or services provided by Fuller Systems, Inc. and/or sharing information with Fuller Systems, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy may be revised or updated at any time by Fuller Systems, Inc. This page was last updated as of the date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection
Fuller Systems, Inc. does not collect personally identifiable information (data collected with the intention to identify and contact a person such as name, address, telephone number or email-address) (hereinafter ‘PII’) without your consent. However, Fuller Systems, Inc. Services do collect PII as voluntarily provided by Authorized Users. Additional information related to collection of PII is described below. The non-personally identifiable information Fuller Systems may collect includes as an example, IP address, browser and/or device types, domain names, and access dates and times.

Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure a User Account with one of Fuller Systems’ Services, you provide some personal information, such as your username, password, and email address. Some of this information, for example, your username, may be listed publicly on our Services. Some Services do not require registration.

Log Data: To ensure the best possible experience for all recipients of Fuller Systems, Inc. services, Fuller Systems, Inc. may use log files, web beacons and cookies to collect data from browsers, advertisers and third party sites to aggregate Information. The information collected is used for support purposes, which assists us in improving the operation of our services, helps us to maintain the quality of our services, enhances our services to our business partners and clients (defined as businesses and not Authorized Users engaged in the use of Fuller Systems, Inc. for services) and enables us to provide general statistics to our business partners and clients regarding use of Fuller Systems, Inc.’s services.

None of this information collected in Log Data identifies individual users using personally identifiable information (PII). Information in our log files includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser and/or device type, referring URL, operating system, date/time stamp, and bytes transferred (including any bytes transferred while engaged with Services offering multiplayer where applicable). Information Collected: In Relation to the Fuller Systems Program and Services Fuller Systems, Inc. does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, username, address, phone number or email address) from Authorized Users except to the extent a User Account is established or an Authorized User participates in the Fuller Systems, Inc. Services.

Fuller Systems, Inc. uses only PII provided through the User Account, User Submission, or the Fuller Systems, Inc. Services, to enable interactions between Authorized Users to enhance the Authorized Users’ experience with the Fuller Systems, Inc. technologies and to commit mutually agreed upon transactions, involving only the Authorized Users.

Information Shared by Fuller Systems, Inc.
Fuller Systems, Inc. will only share your information and content for the limited purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy. This includes sharing information and content (1) to enable support and third party service providers to assist or facilitate in the services we provide to clients; (2) to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information received by us, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (3) to enforce our terms of use or to protect our rights ; (4) to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service; (5) with other Fuller Systems, Inc. entities and third party partners (including advertisers, developers and publishers); (6) with vendors, administrative service providers, technology providers, and carefully selected partners for data validation, enhancement, information verification and suppression services; or (7) for any other purpose for which you provide consent. Fuller Systems, Inc. is not responsible for the information practices of advertisers and partners. If Fuller Systems, Inc. becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will ensure the confidentiality of any personal information involved in such transactions and provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information Use by Fuller Systems, Inc.
Fuller Systems, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies or content, or lack thereof, of advertisers or other users of the Fuller Systems, Inc. Services, Website and User Submissions. Fuller Systems, Inc. has no control over the use of a Website user’s personal information by other persons, including through the use of cookies, phishing, pharming, spyware, or other cybercrime or misconduct.

Information Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

We restrict access to personal information to Fuller Systems employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. Fuller Systems, Inc. may send you information. If you do not wish to receive communications from Fuller Systems, you have the ability to stop receiving these communications by notifying Fuller Systems, Inc. at support@fullersystems.com or at the address below. This may cause your User Account to no longer be active or be removed as appropriate.

Miscellaneous Processing and Storing Data
Fuller Systems, Inc., or service providers to Fuller Systems, Inc., may store User Submissions, User Account information, and any and all other information in a facility in any country, and therefore transfer such information intra-nationally and internationally, and by using the Website, you hereby consent to such transfer.

Notifications and Other Messages
We may send you notifications and other messages using the contact information we have for you, like your email address. These notifications are limited to those initiated by a valid User Account action (like a password reset request or registration) or by account activity on one of the Fuller Systems Services. If any notification or message is no longer wanted and you are unable to directly unsubscribe inside of that communication, please contact support@fullersystems.com

Our Policy Towards Children
Our Services are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@fullersystems.com . We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

Other Information Related to Amendments and Disputes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason without providing you any advance notice, which you may check as often as you desire by reviewing the latest version on the Website. Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy, as may be amended or revised by use, and you are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Parties to a dispute arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy agree that: (i) the Website shall be deemed solely based in California; (ii) the Website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Fuller Systems, Inc. in jurisdictions other than the State of California; (iii) hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of California; and (iv) agree that resolving all disputes in California is convenient and appropriate, and agree to execute all stipulations reasonably related to submitting to the personal jurisdiction of the State of California and using California as the venue for resolving all disputes. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute that arises in whole or in part from the Website or this Privacy Policy shall be decided exclusively by a federal or state court located in California.
